Who is the CHANGEx platform aimed at?

CHANGEx is ideally suited to anyone who wishes to learn more about Change Management.

Which means of payment can I use to sign up?

You can subscribe by making a payment by credit card or by transfer.

How does the quiz at the end of each tutorial work?

The quiz provides a great way to test how much you have learnt during that chapter. If you succeed in answering at least 80% of the questions correctly, you can consider that you have assimilated the information very well. All you then still have to do is use them, as well as the templates provided, for your project.

I would like to change my subscription or subscribe to a new course, what do I need to do?

Contact us indicating which modification you wish to make. We will do our best to respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Am I allowed to use the resource sheets for personal/commercial purposes?

The purchase of one of the three formulae not only entitles you to access to the resources, but also to use them for all personal purposes. Nevertheless, their reproduction and/or usage for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

I have lost my access codes to connect to the platform, how can I retrieve them?

Please contact our technical support, they will be happy to send you new access codes.

I am having difficulty accessing a course or part of a course.

Please contact our technical support, and explain in as much detail as possible (for example with the aid of screen shots) what exactly your problem is. We will do our best to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

I cannot watch the videos and animations linked to the course

There could be several reasons why you are experiencing these issues, it could be due to:

  • - your Internet connection – perhaps it isn’t fast enough to support the data stream, try using a different connection. If the video stops and starts or blocks in mid-viewing, try pausing it, waiting a few minutes and then restarting it. It may be that the video needs a few minutes to download correctly.
  • – your browseror the version of your browser – try accessing the video using a different browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.); also check that it is not being blocked by cookies or pop-up windows. If this is the case, you will need to change your browser’s parameters.
  • – your browser’s cache – refresh the page and empty the cache, you can normally find this action in the preferences menu of the browser.
  • – your antivirus software – check that it is not blocking your access to videos. If you are using a company access, it may be that the IT department has blocked access to certain videos. You will need to contact them for more information.
  • – your computer – refresh the browser and empty the cache, you can normally find this action in the preferences menu of the browser.
  • – our network, our web provider – disconnect, then reconnect and restart the video. If that does not help, we will do our best to deal with the incident by contacting our technical partners.

If despite everything, the problem persists, please contact our technical support and explain in as much detail as possible (for example with the aid of screen shots) what exactly your problem is. We will do our best to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.
